	Receiving A PayPal Payment From Us Is Required You must have a PayPal account in order for us to pay your commissions.

Terms and Conditions
	1. Introduction - Minimum payout: once your Payout Balance reaches $10 USD - Payouts are made through PayPal, you must have a PayPal account when joining our program. - Commission Structure 10% - Starting commission for all affiliates 15% - Affiliates who generated 5 sales 20% - Affiliates who generated 10 sales or more! - The minimum payout is $10 USD, and payments are sent on the first week of every month. - In order for the sale to be recorded, the customer must complete the order via PayPal completely and finish at the 'Thank you' page on our server. - Each sale will be manually approved and approval is subject to this agreement. Commissions are placed in a waiting list, before they are approved. - Buying form your aff link is allowed, providing that: 1. This link is on public page of your website that is accessible to everyone. 2. The link is there permanently. If you are an affiliate who is buying from your own aff link, please wait at least 5 minutes before making another transaction. - If a customer is referred form two independent affiliates, only the affiliate who referred the customer first will be credited. - Approved credits will be held for 30 days before they are added to the Payout Balance. This allows for adjustments to any refunded, mistaken or fraudulent transactions. 2. Accepted Websites We have the right to accept / reject websites at our sole discretion. Your website must not: - Promote illegal activities - Include "jamit.com" or variations or misspellings thereof in the domain names, or Jamit Software name. - Infringe Copyright - Promote violence, hate, discrimination 3. Marketing your Affiliate links The Website owner must not: - Engage in sending unsolicited email (SPAM), or any other unsolicited advertising. - Provide false / misleading information about our product If we decide, at our sole discretion, that you are breaking any of the rules, we will terminate your affiliate account immediately, forfeiting your commission. 4. Term of Agreement. This agreement is entered from the day your account is approved. It may be terminated by either party with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. 5. Limitation Of Liability We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total commission fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jamit Software and its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their directors, officers, employees, agents, shareholders, partners, members, and other owners, against any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) (any or all of the foregoing hereinafter referred to as "Losses") insofar as such Losses (or actions in respect thereof) arise out of or are based on (a) any claim that our use of the Affiliates Trademarks infringes on any trademark, trade name, service mark, copyright, license, intellectual property, or other proprietary right of any third party, (b) any misrepresentation of a representation or warranty or breach of a covenant and agreement made by you herein, or (c) any claim related to your Website, including, without limitation, content therein not attributable to us. 16. Disclaimers We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Program or any products sold through the Program (including, without limitation, warranties of fitness, merchantability, noninfringement, or any implied warranties arising out of a course of performance, dealing, or trade usage). In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors. 17. Independent Investigation YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE MAY AT ANY TIME (DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY) SOLICIT CUSTOMER REFERRALS ON TERMS THAT MAY DIFFER FROM THOSE CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT OR OPERATE WEBSITES THAT ARE SIMILAR TO OR COMPETE WITH YOUR WEBSITE. YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE, OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
